Rails Girls – Get started with tech

Rails Girls is offering a free programming workshop in Dallas December 7th-8th for women and girls.

Rails Girls workshop is a free, two-day programming learning event; the goal is to give participants the tools to understand technology, a community of like-minded fellow programmers, and the inspiration to get started!

We do this by providing a great first experience in building websites and by making technology more approachable. The two-day event includes learning sketch, prototyping, basic programming and get introduced to the world of Ruby.
