Smartest Man in the World

I came across these videos today via Barking up the Wrong Tree.  This guy is one of the smartest guys on the planet.  He starts off with some interesting stories about growing up and being smarter than all of the other kids.  Then… well, then it gets a little strange.

He seems a little angry, but, then again, I’d probably be a little angry if I had gone through the same stuff that he did.  I’m not sure if he’s so smart that he doesn’t care that he’s talking about eugenics or that he doesn’t really grasp the reaction that sort of suggestion conjures.
